Spend two nights at one of Trumansburg's Select B&Bs and enjoy two different lakeside dining experiences. Arrive and get settled into your B&B of choice and prepare to attend your first dining experience starting at 6:30pm at Atwater Estate Vineyards. Imagine a summer evening, walking amongst the vines towards a table set for twenty-four, where an exquisite blend of local cuisine and wine await to indulge you in a dining experience like no other. The Atwater team has paired up with one of our favorite local chefs, Samantha Izzo of Simply Red Lakeside Bistro to invite you to enjoy an intimate evening of fine food and wines deep in the heart of their vineyards.
Chef Sam designs a menu that incorporates local, seasonal foods, brings everything but the kitchen sink into their vineyards, and prepares an amazing five-course meal, outside, nestled between the vines. Each course is perfectly paired with one of Atwater's vintages and is accompanied throughout the evening with dynamic wine commentary by one of their winemakers, engaging all involved in lively conversation throughout the evening. This is a night you'll brag about to your friends!
Your second evening, you will go to Sheldrake Point Vineyard where Simply Red's Lakeside Bistro is located on the shores of Cayuga Lake. Chef Samantha Izzo has created a famous Southern Menu with a touch of South African flair for Monday nights. As part of your package, you will receive a signed copy of Samantha's Cookbook which was inspired by this menu. This 3 course meal with a bottle of wine from Sheldrake will be served indoors in the Tuscan-style dining room or outdoors surrounded by gardens with a view of Cayuga Lake. Enjoy the famous sounds of Richie Stearns and Friends filling the air for your evening entertainment. This is an experience like no other.

Sheldrake Point Winemakers Dinners on Cayuga Lake and Chef Table at Dano's Heuriger on Seneca Lake
Prices: Cost of room plus $250/couple includes tax and gratuity
Stay two nights at one of Trumansburg's Select B&Bs and in the evenings enjoy two different lakeside-dining experiences. Arrive Sunday and get settled into your B&B of choice and prepare to attend your first dining experience starting at 5:00pm with a tour at Sheldrake Point Winery. A reception will follow in the tasting room with savory treats to begin your evening. You will enjoy a 5-course dinner with each course specially paired with wines chosen by Chef Samantha Izzo.
Your second evening, you will dine on the shores of Seneca Lake at Dano's Heuriger on Seneca Lake. Dano's combines the traditional Viennese Winery Restaurant concept with the region's award winning wines and the superb Viennese-inspired cooking of Dano's chef/co-owner Dano Hutnik and pastry chef/co-owner Karen Gilman. They will prepare a chef's table for you including appetizers, dinner and dessert and served with wines chosen for your delight.

Uniquely Tailored 2-Day Bicycle Touring Package
Price: Cost of Room plus $170 package based on double occupancy
This package includes: two detailed route maps and cue sheets, a regional map, high-energy snacks and drinks for the road and a refreshment platter following the bike ride both days.
Dates available: Any Sunday-Thursday starting May 3 through October 29, 2009
Enjoy two days of self-guided bicycle tours through the Finger Lakes Wine Region of NY and 3 nights at the Trumansburg Select B&B of your choice. Each day you will be able to choose the bicycle route that best fits your fancy and you will receive a detailed map of instructions for your route with destinations and sightseeing opportunities along the way (restaurants, ice cream shops, swimming holes, waterfalls, great views). Every morning you will start with breakfast and end each bicycle route with a refreshment platter at your B&B. Your room will be outfitted with bottled beverages, energy bars and fruit for your bicycling convenience. Storage will be provided for your bicycles. You can tailor any package to include spa services, pick up services from airports, bicycle tuning, bicycle rentals and/or emergency in route pickup for additional costs.
Two days not enough? Can't say as we blame you, there are so many choices of routes and beautiful scenery around every corner! Add on a day to your package for $85 per couple plus the cost of your room.

Garden Conservancy's Open Days in Tompkins County Bed & Breakfast Package
June and July private garden tours plus natural and cultural history.
Prices: 4-day package per person is $335 (6-12 passengers) plus cost of room (based on double occupancy)

Package includes: tour guide, driver & bus for three days; a welcome reception; food and wine-tastings; admission fees; guided tours, two lunches and an educational booklet to take home.
Stay three nights at a Trumansburg Select B&B and meet fellow horticulture hounds eager for natural and cultural history tours. Register early, as space is limited due to intimate group size (6-12). Package price does not include lodging costs.
Tour Highlights include:
Thursday, Day #1: (5:00pm - 6:30pm) A welcome gathering with Finger lakes wine and cheese to meet your traveling partners.
Friday, Day #2: (9:00am - 6:00pm) Tour Corning Museum of Glass, shop at the Glass Market; hike in Watkins Glen with 19 waterfalls; tour and tastings at our favorite Seneca Lake wineries and artisan cheese-makers .
Saturday, Day #3: (9:30am - 6pm) We will tour four private gardens on the Garden Conservancy's Open Day Garden Tour in Tompkins County; tours and tastings at a few Cayuga Lake wineries; then visit Ithaca and Buttermilk Falls.

Join us for a tour with visits to artist studios in Trumansburg and Ithaca during the annual Greater Ithaca Art Trail Open Studio Weekends. Meet artists in their creative environs and get some holiday shopping done; do a little hiking; and visit some wineries and farms to celebrate the fall harvest. Pick up some seasonal door or table decorations, pumpkins, apples, wines and cheeses!

Let us do the work. There are 3 wine trails and over 50 wineries, stay as long as you like. Monday night you will attend a reception where a wine expert from the region will take the mystery out of wine tasting. Trumansburg Select B&Bs will arrange your limousine service to pick you up every morning after breakfast at your Selected B&B and take you through the Finger Lakes Wine Region tasting wine. This comprehensive package will give you a thorough wine trail tour of the region and will not leave one grape uncovered.
